How to Brew
(Temp range 190 - 209)
Iced Tea: (1 qt/ltr) Place 6 tsp of tea in a heat resistant pitcher. Add 1¼ cups of fresh boiled water. Steep 5 Minutes. Fill the pitcher with ice water. Add your steeped tea to Ice water. Garnish to sweeten.
Hot Tea: Bring freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Put 1 tsp for each cup into a tea pot. Add Boiling water. Let steep 3-7 minutes. You can add sugar/milk but acceptable to consume straight up.
