Golden Pu-erh tea is grown in China and is very popular in southern China. This particular tea has been aged for 5 yrs - like wine, the older the better. It has an earthy aroma and taste. The taste of the Golden Pu-erh becomes mellow with age.

How to Brew
Steep for 3-5 minutes @190-209 degrees
HOT TEA:
Bring freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1 tsp of tea for each cup into tea pot. Add boiling water. Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes. Add milk and sugar to taste. Acceptable to consume 'straight up'
ICED TEA :( 1qr/ltr)
(Not recommended)
Place 5 tsp of tea in a heat resistant pitcher. Add 1/14 cups freshly boiled water. Steep 5min. fill the serving pitcher 1/4 way with ice water. Add steeped tea and fill with ice water. Garnish to sweeten. (note: top quality tea may cloud when iced ( its ok) due to their naturally high flavonoid polyphenols levels) Enjoy!
