Earl Grey

Our Earl Grey is a premium black tea grown in Sri Lanka. It is flavored with  natural oil of bergamot, a citrus fruit, to create an amazing floral tea that calls you back for more. It has an unbelievable aroma that portends an unbelievable taste. Our Earl Grey has a touch of astringency and bright coppery color. This tea makes a perfect afternoon tea.

How to Brew

Steep for 3-5 minutes @190-209 degrees

Brew Hot Tea

Bring freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1 tsp of tea for each cup into tea pot. Add boiling water. Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes. Add milk and sugar to taste. Acceptable to consume 'straight up'

Brew Iced Tea ( 1qr/ltr)

Place 6 tsp of tea in a heat resistant pitcher. Add 1/14 cups freshly boiled water. Steep 5min. fill the serving pitcher 1/4 way with ice water. Add steeped tea and fill with ice water. Garnish to sweeten. (note: top quality tea may cloud when iced ( its ok) due to their naturally high flavonoid polyphenols levels) Enjoy!
