Queen Elizabeth tea is originally from Sri Lanka and India. The piquant flavor from tea estates in South India and Ceylon is superbly combined with malty Assam and toasty Darjeeling to make this luxury black tea. It has a bright and coppery with a rich flavor and smooth finish.
HOW TO BREW
(Temp Range 180 degrees)
Hot Tea: Place 1 tsp of green tea in you cup and let steep for about 3 minutes. Enjoy your cup of enchantment but do not remove your leaves from the cup... once the water level is low, add more water and sip your way into a healthy new lifestyle.
Iced Tea: (1qt/ltr) Place 6 tsp of tea in heat resistant pitcher. Add 1 1/4 cups freshly boiled water steep for 3- 5 minutes. Fill the serving pitcher with Ice Water. Add steeped tea and fill with ice water. Garnish and sweeten to taste. (Note: Top quality tea may cloud when iced – (its ok) due to their naturally high flavonoid/polyphenol) levels.
