If you purchased any Peak product from our online store and you were not satisfied with the product you received, call us at (978) 663 2305 or (877) 265 6018 and we will provide you will either a full refund or a replacement of the product. Please note, you will need to provide us a copy of the purchase receipt as proof of the purchase. For coffee or tea, you will need to provide us with a copy of the front label, in addition to the purchase receipt. If for some reason you can't located your reciept or item purchased, please call us anyway so that we can better serve you. We are happy to help you!
Retial Stores or Local Supermarkets
If you purchased any Peak product from a retail store or supermarket, and you were not satisfied with the product you received, call us at (978) 663 2305 or (877) 265 6018 and we will provide you with either a full refund or a replacement of the product. Shipping Policy
Most online purchases are shipped with the exception of Local Pickups. We understand that you would like to receive your order of fresh roasted coffee or tea as soon as possible after you complete your order. We also understand that you would like to minimize your shipping cost.
Every order that is placed before 3:00 pm EST on a business day, will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 3:00 pm EST will be shipped the next day. Peak Coffee & Tea offers Post Office (USPS) and UPS shipping options for your coffee or tea order. Under each option you will find additional options depending on how fast you would like to receive you order.
