L.O.N.G

Peak donates 10% of its profits to Leaders of A New Generation (L.O.N.G), a youth leadership program co-founded by Peter. L.O.N.G's mission is to train young people to become effective leaders in their own lives and in their communities.

LONG's core curriculum includes training the youth on: leadership, entrepreneurship, community service and health. LONG offers an integrated, interactive, experience-based, and student-driven training program that empowers participants to develop their talents, build self-esteem and confidence, and gain valuable leadership skills.

The first training program was initiated in Ndekei High School, located in a rural village in central Kenya.

LONG’s goal is to partner with many high schools in Kenya, the U.S., and other parts of the world in order to build opportunities for collaboration and exchange programs that will enhance the participants experience.
