Our Small Batch Roast style (SBR) produces high quality roasts that are full flavored, aromatic, and balanced. We recommend using two tablespoons per 6-8oz of fresh filtered water for a full flavored cup that is rich and flavorful.
Our 70+ assortments of loose leaf teas are sourced from trusted regional growers around the world to ensure the highest quality and freshness. We also maintain a special relationship with Ketepa Tea Company in Kenya which allows us to offer the best prices on Ketepa Black Tea anywhere in the United States.

Good morning! I was so surprised to receive my order in the mail this morning, I just had to tell you about it! While suffering a bit of insomnia Monday night, I surfed the internet looking for a source of an amazing tea I had discovered. My nursing student daughter participated in a medical mission trip to Kenya this summer and brought home a box of Safari Tea. We were so impressed with it that I was determined to find a source for it that did not involve sending her back to Kenya (much to her disappointment)! It's Ed and Tara. I just thought we would check in and let you know that we are on the road with Peak. This morning we found ourselves at 8000 ft in the Manitou Park recreation area just outside of Woodland Park, Colorado. The temps were a bit chilly as it was about 20 degrees out. But Tara and I managed to warm up with a bowl of Batian Peak coffee.

I received the first of my monthly coffee order this week. I just brewed my first pot of Sulawesi and all I can say is wow! This coffee is unbelievably good and roasted to perfection.
